These Terms of Service govern your use of the OneFive Solutions website and the property services we provide — including janitorial, post-construction cleaning, flooring, painting, landscaping, and junk removal — throughout Jackson, TN and West Tennessee.
Project scopes, schedules, and pricing are provided in written estimates. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the quote and may change if the scope of work changes. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or confirmed price.
We schedule work around your availability and, for post-construction projects, coordinate with your site superintendent or point of contact. You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area during scheduled service times.
Payment terms are stated in your estimate or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due upon receipt. Late payments may accrue reasonable late fees as permitted by Tennessee law.
OneFive Solutions is fully insured. Our liability for any claim related to services performed is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
